Many of our products are unique in nature. Each one has been through multiple hands, and possibly been around for hundreds of years. We do our best to provide authentic items, and go to great lengths to ensure you get what you purchase and know it is real. In the unlikely event you do receive an item which is not authentic, please contact us so we can work with you in returning the item, and providing either a replacement or refunding your money. If we have more than one of a certain product, the images on the website may differ slightly from the item you receive.
Unless an item is certified by a third party (NGC, PCGS, ANACS) we do not certify any coin is of any grade. We aim to provide as much information on each coin we can to help you determine its value. We try to price our coins at fair market value, or below to give you, our customer the best deal we can.
We believe everyone is free to make their own choices. You can choose to do business anywhere, and we can sell our products to those we wish as well. If you do not like something about the way we operate, or a certain product, please let us know. We will also let you know when you do something we do not agree with. If we cannot come to a reasonable understanding, we have the right to refuse to sell to you, or anyone in your household.
With multiple marketing avenues, and products listed on different market places and auction sites on the internet, as well as dealing with individuals through chat, email, other messaging platforms, and in person, we do our best to keep our store inventory up to date with current availability. In the event a product is sold outside of this website and you purchase the item prior to us being able to remove it from our online catalog, we reserve the right to refund your purchase or substitute another item of equal value. We will do our best to coordinate a replacement item prior to shipping it to you.
By creating an account on our website you agree to receive occasional follow up emails and/or text messages regarding any orders completed, or potential issues with your checkout process. We will attempt to email you first, and if no reply is received, we will send a text message to the phone number provided in your account registration. We will not send regular marketing messages to your phone number, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our products. Once your order is in the mail, you cannot cancel your order. A tracking number constitutes having the product shipped, and ends your opportunity to cancel your order.
Due to the nature of the items we offer, shipment values often exceed the standard $100 the United States Postal Service insures. Not all items are insurable at the purchase price (numismatic valuations) and only bullion prices are insured. If you would like to insure your shipment, please select the additional insurance product listed in our store and select the appropriate amount for the total of your item(s). We offer this service for some of our higher end items directly in the listings. Unless stated otherwise, we do not ship your item(s) with additional insurance under normal circumstances.
We do not offer refunds for or replace lost or stolen items. If you are concerned about the delivery conditions in your area (high theft rate), we advise purchasing additional insurance, and you can leave a comment to have a signature requested for delivery.
